Assistance with Self-Care
How Assistance with Self-Care Services Can Help You
Assistance with Self-Care services are designed to support people with disability in managing personal daily tasks that may be difficult to do alone. These services help you maintain your independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing—right in the comfort of your own home.
Support may include:
Personal hygiene care – such as bathing, showering, grooming, and oral care
Dressing and undressing – support with choosing and putting on clothes
Toileting and continence care – respectful assistance with using the bathroom and managing continence aids
Mobility support – help moving around safely at home or transferring in and out of bed or chairs
Eating and drinking assistance – including meal set-up and support with feeding if needed
Medication reminders – prompting or assisting with taking prescribed medications
Our caring support workers deliver these services with respect, privacy, and professionalism—always working around your routines and preferences and seeking to empower you to live more confidently and independently every day.
Social & Community Participation

Social and Community Participation services are designed to support people with disability in becoming more active, connected, and engaged in their communities. These services help you build relationships, develop new skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences outside the home.
Support can include:
Attending social events, recreational activities, or group outings

Accessing community centres, libraries, or cultural activities
Volunteering or participating in local community projects
Going to sports, fitness programs, or creative workshops
Building confidence in public spaces and learning social skills
Developing independence in using public transport or navigating new places

House Cleaning and Other Household Activities
How House Cleaning and Household Activities Services Can Help You
House cleaning and household activity services support people with disability to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. These services help reduce physical strain and make daily living easier, allowing you to focus on your wellbeing and independence.
Support can include:
General house cleaning — vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces
Laundry — washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes
Dishwashing and kitchen tidying
Changing bed linen and making the bed
Organising pantry or household items
Light home maintenance and decluttering
By providing reliable, flexible help with these everyday tasks, our trained support workers ensure your home stays hygienic, organised, and suited to your needs. A clean, well-maintained home can boost your comfort, safety, and quality of life—and we’re here to help make that possible.
Please note: This service is provided at the business’s standard private domestic cleaning rates. The participant remains responsible for payment of all invoices, including any amount not covered or reimbursed by the NDIS or plan manager.
Transport

Our transport services are designed to help you stay mobile, independent, and connected to your community.
Transport assistance can help with:
Travelling to medical or therapy appointments
Attending work, school, or day programs
Visiting family, friends, or social events
Getting to shopping centres, community centres, or recreational activities

Whether it’s a one-off trip or regular transport support, we make sure you can get where you need to go safely and on time. Our friendly, trained support workers ensure your journey is comfortable, reliable, and suited to your needs.
